Select any current macroeconomic event that occurred during THIS QUARTER and:
(1) Describe in the first paragraph what is the primary macroeconomic lesson that can be applied from the course content; and
(2) In each succeeding paragraph, cite and analyze the application of a separate macroeconomic concept or principle that is involved (examples: diminishing marginal returns, demand pull inflation, or tax incentive from marginal rates). Try to incorporate as much of the course coverage as possible to date. It is best to avoid simple narrative description of the event, and to rather concentrate on the economic analysis and application to the course.
