~Quality Control (QC) of Written Projects~

Please note: Completion of a test is required for consideration of this position. We pay a nominal fee for the test which will be added to your first project payment when you join our team.
Looking for a detail-oriented individual with quality control and/or editing experience with various types of documents: academic, dossiers, whitepapers, articles, etc. Strong comprehension skills are of the highest priority.
The QC performs three primary tasks when reviewing work for clients. In order of importance, they include the following:
1. The highest priority of a QC is to assess a written job to ensure that it complies with all requirements of the project. Of particular importance is to ensure that the content is concise and logical, as well as in agreement and complete fulfilment with the project guidelines.
2. The second priority is to submit an error-free paper. This entails proofreading and correcting syntax, grammar, and spelling.
3. The third priority is to edit for clarity, flow, and overall improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills are also needed, as the QC interacts frequently with the writer, providing constructive comments for needed improvements. This process continues until the QC is satisfied that the paper is in compliance with all requirements. The QC is ultimately responsible for the quality of the end product.
The work flow can vary, but there is usually work available, or work that will be available soon. The pay is competitive (in Pounds Sterling based on the final word count of the project). Please check our feedback, which shows us to be a well-based, reliable client.
