I'm seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager in the FMCG retail industry. Role Description The Business Manager will be responsible for operating and managing day-to-day business operations maintaining strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing budgets, analysing market trends, and identifying and winning new clients. The Business Manager will be solely responsible for all aspects of business development and management. This is a home based full-time long term contract role for an independent contractor with their own business to manage the business of The Sales & Marketing Partnership Ltd. Qualifications & Expertise • Entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record of sourcing new business. • Experience in sales, business development, and retail account management. • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing and distribution strategies. • Strong financial acumen and expertise in budget management and financial planning. • Ability to conduct market analysis and assess pricing, packaging, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience in the FMCG industry is highly advantageous. • Experience in managing clients would be very beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be useful. Industry – FMCG Must-have qualifications Experience of managing UK based large FMCG grocery, pharmacy, drug and health food retailers. Preferred qualifications Business Management Degree Experience of managing clients.
