Looking for an administrative assistant for CRM maintenance, scheduling and basic bookkeeping of our business(es).
Initial work to set up and get up to speed may require a week or two of quite solid work but followed by a steady and constant 8-10 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities and requirements would include:
- CRM maintenance and subsequent scheduling and reminders for primaries of the businesses
- General bookkeeping and invoicing (Quickbooks)
- Proof reading and refining of company materials
