We are a powder coating company looking for a part time bookkeeper/office person.
Must have experience in Quickbooks desktop, Miscosoft Office- Word, Excel.
Responsibilities are but not limited to receiving payments, making deposits, entering work orders, reconciling bank and credit card statements, creating customer invoices, processing payroll, sales tax reports, Journal Entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, ordering supplies.
Candidate must be dependable, organized, a self starter, detail oriented ,able to work with little supervision.
This is a part time position 8-1.
Pay depends on experience $18-$20.
