Temporary Accounting Support (3‑Month Engagement) We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide temporary coverage for a 3‑month period. This role supports four active clients, each with unique workflows and processes. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn existing procedures, manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, and maintain strong communication with both our internal team and our clients. Key Responsibilities Learn and execute each client’s established accounting processes Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting‑related questions Manage client communication professionally and proactively Perform accounts payable entry and processing Prepare and send client invoices Complete month‑end reconciliations and close activities Assemble monthly financial reporting packages Requirements Strong accounting/bookkeeping background with hands‑on experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and month‑end close Ability to adapt quickly to different client workflows Excellent communication and client‑management skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Non‑Compete / Non‑Solicitation As part of this engagement, the contractor or agency will be required to sign an agreement confirming they will not solicit or accept work directly from our clients, nor compete for their business during or after the engagement.
