Food Production Supervision & Compliance Support

I run a UHT line that fills into Tetra Pak cartons, and I need an experienced pair of eyes on the floor to keep everything running smoothly. Your core mission is hands-on production supervision: watching critical control points, reacting to deviations in real time, and guiding the shift team so we hit throughput targets without sacrificing quality. Maintaining quality standards is non-negotiable for us. You will verify that every batch meets our specifications, investigate out-of-spec results, and drive corrective actions before product moves downstream. All work must stand up to FDA regulations, so you should already be comfortable with the paperwork, traceability requirements, and audit expectations that come with that. Familiarity with HACCP plans or broader GMP frameworks is certainly useful, but the immediate focus is FDA compliance. Alongside the daily oversight, I will rely on you to: • Update and file production and quality records (digital and hard copy) at the end of each shift • Prepare concise shift reports highlighting output, downtime causes, and corrective measures • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning so raw materials, personnel, and equipment are ready for the next run • Suggest process tweaks or line-balancing ideas that could reduce waste or increase OEE If you’ve supervised beverage or dairy operations, know your way around UHT systems, and can walk into a Tetra Pak room without missing a beat, we’ll hit the ground running. Steady communication, clear documentation, and a proactive safety mindset are the traits that will define success here.
