Job Description:
Your job roles would include:
Bookkeeping: Keeping track of all financial transactions and recording them in the company's accounting system.
Accounts payable: Managing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and issuing payments.
Accounts receivable: Managing and processing incoming payments from clients and customers, including invoicing, following up on overdue payments, and tracking revenue.
Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and maintaining budgets for the company's various departments, and forecasting future revenue and expenses to help with financial planning.
Tax compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and paying taxes on time.
Audit preparation: Preparing for and supporting external auditors during audits of the company's financial records.
Cash management: Monitoring the company's cash flow to ensure there is always enough cash on hand to meet obligations, and investing excess cash to maximise returns.
Financial analysis: Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in the company's financial performance.
Payroll management: Managing the company's payroll process, including calculating employee wages and taxes, and issuing pay checks or electronic transfers.
As our relationship grows and the value you provide to our company escalates with time, we increase your salary per month. If you would like to be paid hourly, that is not an issue for us as well.
