Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate operational functions including scheduling and calendar management
- Office and Administrative functions; mail, scanning, filing, invoice management
- Ordering, inventory updates and vendor management.
- Insurance Filing and Management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong Office Skills
Thorough, Attention to Detail and strong ability to multi-task.
Bookkeeping / Quickbooks experience would be ideal
The work schedule and hours can be determined based on the needs of the business and the right individual.
