2025 QuickBooks Annual Reconciliation

I’m preparing my 2025 books in QuickBooks Online and need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to bring every line into perfect alignment. The focus is on two areas only—my main bank accounts and the related credit card accounts—so sales or inventory ledgers are already squared away. I reconcile these books just once a year, so I’m looking for someone who can step in, work through a full twelve months of statements at once, and leave no penny unaccounted for. All activity feeds straight into QBO, and I use the built-in QuickBooks Checking account as the clearing hub for credit-card settlements. Experience handling that specific workflow will make the process much smoother. Deliverables should include: • Fully reconciled bank and credit-card registers through 31 Dec 2025 • A short discrepancy report explaining any write-offs or adjustments you needed to post • Confirmation screens (PDF or screenshot) showing the “Reconciled” status in QBO for each account If you’re quick with bank rules, know your way around the QuickBooks reconciliation screen, and can provide a concise summary of your work when finished, I’d love to hear from you.
