I'm looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant for a small engineering company who can help with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, Google Drive, and Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: - Sending invoices - Updating financial records - Reconciling bank statements - Keeping project files in Google Drive updated (includes project reports, client invoices, and employee timesheets) Skills and Experience Required: - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Google Drive and Google Sheets - Excellent communication skills - Prior experience in accounting and bookkeeping - Able to work 1-2 hours a day on weekdays.
