I’m adding a fluent, confident English speaker to my team who can cover the phones and calendars during U.S. business hours, 8–10 hours each day, Monday through Friday. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear, so excellent communication skills are non-negotiable. Day-to-day you will: • Answer inbound calls, qualify the caller, and book appointments directly in our scheduling system. • Place outbound customer-support, sales, and follow-up calls as needed. • Keep the back office running by managing emails, entering data into our CRM, and filing or organizing digital documents. I’ll walk you through the phone platform, calendar tools, and internal procedures during paid training. As you master the role, there’s room to take on more responsibility and grow with us long-term.
