Medical Follow-Up Phone Calls & Coordination

I need someone to handle follow-up calls on my behalf. The calls will primarily be made to healthcare providers and the insurance company, in order to coordinate ongoing medical care for complex chronic conditions between multiple providers and set up home based medical care services that are now required due to a deterioration in condition. You will also need to coordinate between multiple caregivers. Ideal skills and experience for the job: - Excellent communication skills - Experience in the medical field is a plus - Familiarity with healthcare providers and insurance companies - Ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Professional demeanor on the phone - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care - Ability to coordinate between multiple medical providers, the insurance company, and multiple caregivers on time sensitive matters with serious impacts on the client's health - Ability to track phone calls, who was spoken to about what and with what results, what follow up is still required to achieve the required outcomes, and ensure the client and caregivers are kept up to date on this information
