For a two-week assignment at our North Bangalore premises, I’m looking for a sharp, organised Personal Assistant who can take charge of complaint files arriving through our online portal. Your core responsibility will be to manage complaints end-to-end: review each submission, go through any supporting PDFs or image attachments, and convert everything into a clear, concise text-document summary that captures the essence of the issue. Once the summary is prepared, you’ll also be expected to suggest practical solutions or next steps in line with the guidelines that will be shared on-site. Strong English comprehension, attention to detail, and the ability to think through actionable resolutions are essential. This role is not just about processing paperwork — it’s about understanding customer pain points and presenting structured, useful outcomes. Most of the work will involve reviewing text documents, though PDF and image-based attachments will regularly need to be interpreted accurately. Deliverables for each complaint • One-page summary covering: * Problem statement * Key facts * Important attachment references • Recommended solution / next step written in the required guideline format Duration Initial term: 2 weeks (onsite in North Bangalore) The assignment may be extended based on consistency, quality of summaries, and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
