I’m looking to bring on a reliable personal assistant for roughly 16–30 hours each week. Your core focus will be keeping my calendar running smoothly, handling inbound and outbound email, and digging up information or entering data whenever I need it. Day-to-day, that means confirming meetings, slotting in new appointments without conflicts, drafting or replying to emails in my voice, and creating concise research briefs or spreadsheets that help me make decisions quickly. I work almost entirely online, so you’ll be inside my Google Calendar and Gmail (or Outlook, if a client requires it), and you’ll capture research notes in a shared Google Sheet or Doc. I value clear, proactive communication—let me know when you see bottlenecks, suggest shortcuts, and flag anything that needs my immediate attention. If you’re organized, comfortable juggling several priorities at once, and can commit to the weekly hours mentioned, we’ll be a great fit.
