Virtual Assistant for Student Housing Applications (ROOFZ / StuNest) Job Overview I am looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me secure accommodation through the ROOFZ platform, specifically for StuNest Randwyck in Maastricht, Netherlands. The platform operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so the most important requirement is the ability to react quickly when new rooms become available. Responsibilities Monitor the ROOFZ platform regularly for new room listings. Submit applications immediately when eligible rooms become available. Ensure all required documents are attached correctly. Keep a log of submitted applications. Notify me via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email after each application is submitted. Communicate promptly if additional information or documents are required. Requirements Excellent attention to detail. Fast response times and reliability. Experience with administrative tasks or online applications. Ability to follow a documented application process. Comfortable working with European websites and forms. Good written English. Documents and Information I will provide: Access to the ROOFZ account (or application instructions). Identification documents. Payslips. Bank statements showing salary deposits. Employment verification documents. Any additional supporting documentation. Success Criteria The main goal is to maximize the number of valid applications submitted as quickly as possible after a room becomes available.
