Regional FOIA Request Assistant

I need reliable, detail-oriented help submitting Freedom of Information Act requests aimed at obtaining public records. The work is fully remote but, for logistical reasons, you must currently reside in Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, or Alabama. Here’s the scope: each week I will give you a short list of agencies and the specific record language to use. Your job is simply to prepare the request on the correct form or letterhead, double-check names, addresses, and statutory citations, and then file it through the agency’s preferred channel—whether that is an online portal, an email inbox, or standard mail. I track all follow-ups myself, so at this stage you are not responsible for status updates or agency correspondence, although that could be added later if we work well together. You will receive a shared spreadsheet with every assignment, and I expect the confirmation receipt (or postal tracking number) for each submission uploaded the same day you file. Accuracy is critical; one typo can delay a request for weeks. I anticipate 1-2 hour of work per week to start, compensated at a per request rate of $10. You can set your own schedule so long as deadlines are met.
