Kualifikasi dasar: • Pengalaman layanan pelanggan — baik melalui telepon, email, atau media sosial (fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan). • Komunikatif dalam bahasa Indonesia yang jelas dan sopan. • Akses internet stabil dan lingkungan kerja tenang. • Kemampuan menggunakan alat kolaborasi online (Google Workspace, Slack, atau serupa).
