Compression Garment Tech Pack Creation

I’m building a full line of performance compression wear and need production-ready tech packs that a factory can pick up without further clarification. The range covers shirts, shorts, sports bras, long pants, and arm sleeves, all using high-stretch nylon-spandex blends and finished with flatlock stitching for chafe-free seams. What I need from you • One complete tech pack per style, supplied in Illustrator (AI or PDF) plus editable Excel or Google Sheets for the spec tables. • Detailed size specs and grade rules for a true athletic fit (XS-XXL), including compression-specific tolerances. • Clear construction call-outs: panel breakdowns, flatlock locations, reinforcement points, thread types, and stitch counts. • A bill of materials covering fabrics (gsm, content, stretch %), elastics, trims, labels, and heat-transfer graphics. • Colorways with Pantone references and artwork placement mock-ups. • Packaging notes and care-label copy. • Two revision rounds after my initial review to lock everything in for sampling. Acceptance criteria The tech packs must be accurate enough for a factory quote and sample without back-and-forth pattern questions; measurement tolerances stay within ±3 mm on critical points; and all files remain editable for future season updates. If you’ve successfully developed compression gear before, especially where graded compression (20–30 mmHg) and moisture-management performance were required, your experience will translate perfectly here.
