Corporate Window Graphics Installation

Dear Freelancers, I hope you are well. Please note that our office has moved from Adinathnagar, Odhav to C-351, Sumel‑7 Soni Ni Chali. A large area of the new office is covered with glass, and we want to install company-related posters/vinyl/window graphics on these glass surfaces. We request you to prepare and present several high-quality, customized design options as demonstrations. Our overall social media and digital marketing proposals with you are ongoing, so this opportunity is relevant for future work as well. Key points: Our window-glass film vendor has taken measurements; we will provide the exact sizes for each glass panel. The sample images provided by the vendor did not meet our expectations, so we would like your agency to handle the design work. Appropriate payment will be made for the design work, and we will also assess/design-review your submissions. I will be available at the Ahmedabad office at the end of this month or the first week of July to finalize decisions. Until then, you may arrange a virtual meeting with us. If you agree to take this work, please confirm and share the name and availability of your authorized designer/representative so we can schedule a virtual meeting.
