Experienced Apparel Tech Pack Designer Needed – Premium Headwear Product with Manufacturer-Ready Deliverables We are developing a premium headwear product and are seeking an experienced apparel product designer to create a manufacturer-ready tech pack. The product is a custom structured sailor/baker-boy inspired cap featuring premium performance materials and a unique accessory integration system. We are looking for someone with experience creating production-ready tech packs for hats, accessories, or apparel products. Deliverables: • Detailed technical flat sketches (front, back, side, top, and interior views) • Complete measurement specification sheet with grading recommendations (if applicable) • Construction details including stitching, seam types, panel assembly, and finishing instructions • Fabric, lining, sweatband, and trim recommendations with material specifications • Hardware specifications, sourcing recommendations, and placement details • Bill of Materials (BOM) with quantities, material descriptions, and component references • Colorway and labeling/branding placement guidelines • Accessory integration system documentation and assembly instructions • Manufacturer-ready tech pack package in Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats • One round of revisions based on feedback prior to final delivery Requirements: • Previous apparel tech pack experience • Headwear experience preferred • Experience working with overseas manufacturers • Adobe Illustrator proficiency Important: Selected candidates will be asked to sign a standard NDA prior to receiving detailed product information and proprietary design materials.
