Hello, I built 7 products in 7 days, and every client I've worked with on Freelancer has said they'd hire me again. I'd set this at A3 portrait in Illustrator: a headline readable from two metres, one feature per line in large type, and a sans-serif with open letter shapes, never thin weights or long runs of capitals. Colours stay high-contrast but avoid blue on green, since ageing eyes struggle most with blues, and the photos show active older people, not frail ones. The PDF is converted to CMYK with a proper print profile, with small text in pure black so it prints sharp, and I'd recommend a matte finish to cut glare under shop lights.
