I need a skilled graphic designer to take over the creation of twenty marketing banners every month for the next twelve months. Each piece must be hand-crafted—no AI generation of any kind—because the work will represent a premium brand and must stay fully consistent with our established look. Style & imagery • Overall feel: modern, clean, and minimalistic • Visual focus: high-quality product photos (I will supply the raw shots) • Color palette: I’ll share our core brand colors, and you can nudge the tones when a slight tweak will improve contrast or readability. Project rhythm At the start of every month I’ll send you a brief that lists the campaign theme, copy, target dimensions, and any mandatory call-outs. Typical ad sizes range from standard IAB web placements to large-format in-store displays, so layouts will vary. Budget & volume The budget per banner sits in the INR 200–300 range, with twenty banners due each month—timely delivery is crucial because we run rolling campaigns. Deliverables (per month) • 20 finished banners in PNG or JPG, optimized for web or print as specified • Editable source files (PSD, AI, or similar) with organized layers • A quick spec sheet noting dimensions, file size, and color values used Quality checks Files must arrive print-ready, text must be fully editable, and all images should be licensed or shot in-house. If a banner doesn’t align with the brief, a revision round within two business days is expected. If you have a strong portfolio that shows tasteful, minimal layouts built around product photography—and you’re comfortable maintaining this pace for a full year—let’s get started.
