Videographer for Real Estate Development Vlogs

RTW Accommodations is seeking a creative, dependable videographer and video editor to help document our active real estate-development projects in Philadelphia. This is a paid, part-time opportunity with the potential to become an ongoing working relationship. The selected candidate will accompany the company’s owner during construction-site visits, meetings, property walkthroughs, inspections, and other day-to-day activities. The goal is to create authentic, engaging vlog-style content that gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at real estate development and new construction. Most project sites are located within walking distance or a short commute from Temple University. Filming will generally take place during two to four half-day sessions per month, depending on construction activity and availability. Responsibilities: * Film documentary-style footage while following the owner throughout the day * Capture construction progress, conversations, machinery, walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes moments * Record clear audio and polished on-camera segments * Identify interesting moments and help shape each shoot into a compelling story * Edit footage into YouTube-ready vlogs * Create short vertical clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts * Add music, captions, basic graphics, color correction, and audio adjustments as needed * Deliver completed content within an agreed-upon timeframe Preferred qualifications: * Current student studying film, media production, communications, journalism, or a related field * Experience filming and editing vlog, documentary, or social-media content * Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software * Access to a quality camera, microphone, and basic filming equipment * Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail * Dependable, punctual, comfortable working on active construction sites, and able to follow all site-safety requirements Applicants should submit a portfolio, demo reel, YouTube channel, or examples of previous video work.
