About the Brand We are a growing dairy/milk brand focused on creating engaging, high-quality content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Our goal is to build a strong digital presence through creative storytelling, product-focused videos, and high-converting ad creatives. Job Overview We are looking for a **creative and performance-driven Video Editor** who can transform raw footage into engaging **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives**. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, fast-paced editing, and how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Reels & Shorts Editing * Edit **Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts** with engaging hooks, transitions, captions, and effects * Optimize videos for **vertical formats (9:16)** and platform-specific trends * Create scroll-stopping content with strong storytelling and pacing Short-form video editing with captions, effects, and platform optimization is a core responsibility in modern video editing roles. 2. Brand Shoot Editing * Edit raw footage from **brand shoots (milk products, lifestyle, farm, packaging, etc.)** * Ensure consistent **color grading, brand tone, and visual identity** * Select best clips and structure them into compelling narratives Video editors are responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, cohesive stories aligned with brand messaging. 3. Ads Creative (Meta & YouTube) * Create **high-converting ad creatives** for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube * Develop multiple variations (hooks, CTAs, formats) for performance testing * Add motion graphics, subtitles, and sound effects to improve retention Editing short-form ads and creating multiple variants for performance campaigns is a common requirement in ad-focused roles. 4. Content Optimization & Trends * Stay updated with **Instagram trends, viral formats, and editing styles** * Use trending audio, memes, and storytelling formats * Optimize content for **engagement, retention, and conversions** 5.
