Quiero posicionar mi nuevo libro sobre la compra de deuda hipotecaria y, al mismo tiempo, abrirme puertas como asesor y formador. Busco a alguien que transforme fragmentos clave del texto en reels breves, claros y de tono totalmente profesional. El foco de cada pieza debe estar en los beneficios de invertir en deudas hipotecarias: rentabilidad, seguridad jurídica y acceso a oportunidades que normalmente manejan los fondos. Necesito que el mensaje despierte curiosidad, impulse la compra del libro y genere leads cualificados para mis servicios de asesoría y formación a agentes inmobiliarios. Entrego el manuscrito en PDF y señalo los pasajes más potentes; tu labor será: • Seleccionar la parte exacta que mejor funcione en vídeo corto. • Redactar un guion conciso con llamada a la acción (comprar el libro, contratarme o solicitar formación). • Diseñar la pieza visual con subtítulos, música libre de derechos y branding coherente. Acepto propuestas sobre número ideal de reels y duración, pero mi idea inicial ronda 6-8 clips de 30-45 segundos listos para publicar en Instagram y TikTok. Los entregarás en formato vertical 1080×1920, MP4 y archivo editable. Si dominas edición móvil o suites como Premiere, CapCut o Final Cut y tienes experiencia convirtiendo contenido técnico en material atractivo, te leo.
