What Success Looks Like (90–120 Days) 10–20 active, producing partners Predictable inbound/outbound affiliate pipeline Clear CPA / rev-share frameworks live Clean onboarding + compliance process enforced Traffic flowing without founder involvement Core Responsibilities Affiliate & Partner Growth Recruit, onboard, and activate: Publishers Media buyers Call centers Email/SMS operators Negotiate CPA, CPL, and rev-share structures Manage host-and-post, white-label, and direct integrations Maintain partner relationships and performance cadence Traffic & Channel Expertise Must understand at least two deeply: Email marketing (cold + internal lists) SMS / MMS traffic Pay-per-call / inbound calls Web / form-fill lead gen Call center sourcing & routing Compliance & Quality Guardrails (Non-Negotiable) Experience operating in regulated verticals Understands: Opt-in proof (TrustedForm or equivalent) DNC / TCPA basics Call recording and consent Enforces standards with partners—no gray areas Metrics This Role Owns Volume by partner Cost per qualified lead / appointment Show rate / acceptance rate Revenue per lead Partner churn & activation time If they can’t talk metrics, they’re not the fit.
