Adobe After Effects Typography Video

I want a short Adobe After Effects video creating to go with some audio I have.
The video should be a Typographical video similar to this:

I want it to go at the top of my product sales page, it's only a short 30 second clip with sales talk and someone chatting...
I can run the idea though further with the project winner and give them the full script of text.
You will not get the milestone released until we're both happy with the final project.
