Senior SEM Manager for early stage startup

Job Description:

[login to view URL] is a full-stack marketing team that provides growth marketing services to early stage startups on a fractional basis.

We’re currently recruiting an experienced SEM manager to manage campaigns on behalf of multiple clients.

The applicant will be part of a team of performance marketers, embedded in our clients marketing department and will be reporting directly to the Growth Manager, while in constant communication with the clients. Get-To-Rev core competence is its Agile marketing framework, therefore priority will be given to candidates with proven knowledge of Agile methodology.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior SEM Manager to lead our search engine marketing efforts and drive the digital growth of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SEM and a proven understanding of agile marketing principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to achieve business goals and drive ROI

Manage and optimize Search ads, display and app promotions campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search engines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and strategies within our SCRUM Framework.

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and best practices, and implement them to improve campaign performance

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEM, with a proven track record of success

Strong understanding of agile marketing methodologies and experience working in an agile environment

In-depth knowledge of SEM best practices, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and analytics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads

Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus
