SPARKY Retell resends its webhook on any non-200 response, and if the Make scenario isn't keyed on callid it will happily fire twice - second pass either creates a duplicate Job Contact in ServiceM8 or overwrites a confirmed booking with a stale mid-call snapshot. That's the failure mode that bites once live Ads traffic sends concurrent calls, not the null-field handling the brief already flags. First pass is tracing every scenario's data flow end to end against the ServiceM8 IDs actually being written, not just reading the blueprint. I'd add a Make data store keyed on callid/leadid to make each webhook idempotent, route failures to an explicit error handler instead of a silent stop, and replay recorded Retell payloads (including forced duplicates and dropped calls) against a ServiceM8 sandbox job before touching the live account. Does the ServiceM8 side currently receive pushes via its native webhooks, or is Make polling on a schedule - that changes how duplicate/stale writes actually happen and where the idempotency check needs to sit.
