Build Voice Agent System with Livekit and Grok Voice (xAI) I want to finish building 2 voice agents using Livekit and Grok Voice Speech to Speech. I already have the xAI API, a paid Livekit Ship subscription, and Zoho One. I prefer to use as much of the Livekit Builder tools as possible so I can make changes easily later without needing code. Everything should stay inside Livekit/Xai/Zoho as much as possible. I don't want to wire in extra software unless it's absolutely necessary. Inbound calls will come from my main business phone number (currently on Zoho Voice). The system needs to be fully bilingual English and Spanish. Calls should be recorded, and mentioned at the very beginning of the call. The greeting should play in both languages, then the agent determines the caller's language preference. From there, the agent figures out if the caller is a customer with a question or issue (battery pack not working, credit card charges, kiosk problems, etc.) or if they're a business wanting to partner. Customer service calls go to Zoho Desk under the Customer Service category. Sales/partner calls go to Zoho CRM (either update an existing contact or create a new lead). I already have the Zoho Flow trigger and Maya (Customer Service/Light Sales Info) agent mostly working and firing correctly into CRM/Desk. It just needs some minor cleanup because the Maya agent is currently too open-ended instead of structured data collection. Maya (customer service) should be more data-collect focused since people usually have specific questions, but she also needs to handle basic explanations (for example, explaining that a $35 charge is actually just a hold, not a final charge). This is important to avoid chargebacks. At the end of every call, Livekit needs to send the full payload with transcript and summary to Zoho. I already have the agent sending data to Zoho once she confirms it, but I need to make sure that even if the caller hangs up or the call drops before confirmation, the data that was already collected still gets sent. Livekit has this feature built in. I also want the same agents running as a chatbot on my website (currently Zoho SalesIQ). The chatbot should behave exactly the same as the voice agents so everything stays consistent. I'd like to do this inside Livekit if possible so it's easy to clone and deploy. Once the inbound system is solid, we'll build an outbound sales agent. It will pull data from Zoho CRM (name, phone, email, company, and background info scraped ahead of time so the agent has context). After the call, it should update the contact record with notes and outcome, then trigger a Zoho flow to send a thank-you email with the call summary. In total I need 2 agents: Inbound Customer Service (Maya), Inbound and Outbound Sales (Victoria). Plus the matching chatbot for the website and social channels. I have two companies that will use this same tech stack with only minor differences in how the agents answer. One is the kiosk company, the other is a financial sales company. The data collected is basically the same, so once it's built for one, cloning it for the second should be easy. Please quote me for doing one company and for doing both. The basics are already in place and partially tested. This is mostly about polishing, wiring everything together properly, and making sure the data flow is reliable even on dropped calls.
