Job Title: AI UGC Video Creator for High-Converting E-commerce Ads (Performance Focused) Description: We are looking for an experienced AI UGC video creator who understands performance marketing, not just video editing. You will work with us to create high-converting, problem-solving ad creatives for e-commerce brands. We are NOT looking for basic edits or generic content. We want scroll-stopping, emotional, confrontational ads that convert. What you’ll do: Create AI-powered UGC ads (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) Turn product benefits into strong hooks + storytelling Build ads that feel real, raw, and native Test different angles (pain points, desires, objections) Deliver multiple variations for testing Requirements: Proven experience with high-quality AI UGC tools such as Higgsfield AI, Runway ML, Synthesia or similar Strong understanding of direct response marketing Experience with winning e-commerce ads (show proof) Knows how to write hooks, scripts and structures that convert Can think in angles, not just visuals AI Quality Standard (Important): We only accept high-end AI output. No low-quality avatars No obvious “fake AI” looking videos No cheap tools or beginner-level software Your work must be comparable to tools like Higgsfield AI or better. If your AI quality looks low-tier, your application will be rejected. Trial Project (Paid): To qualify for this role, you will complete a paid test project. We will provide a product and ask you to: Create 2–3 hooks Write 1 short ad script Deliver 1 AI UGC video This trial is paid. If your work performs well, we will move forward into a long-term collaboration. BIG PLUS if you: Have worked with supplements, fitness, or beauty brands Understand Meta Ads & TikTok Ads performance Know what makes a creative scale How to apply: Send: 3–5 examples of ads you made (ONLY winning ads) Explain why they worked Your process (from idea → script → final video) Start your application with the word “UGC PRO” so we know you read everything. Important: If you send generic work or low-quality AI content, you will be ignored. We are only looking for top-level performance creators.
