The assistant will help: research artist opportunities organize deadlines draft applications using AI and existing materials prepare submission forms track applications and confirmations This role requires: strong organization attention to detail ability to use AI tools effectively good written English reliability communication skills TEST TASK: Please complete the following: Research 10 REAL artist opportunities that fit the following categories: artist residencies choreography commissions dance festivals choreography competitions interdisciplinary performance opportunities DO NOT include: children's dance competitions commercial dance conventions studio competitions Prioritize: contemporary dance physical theatre interdisciplinary performance storytelling-based work community-engaged work Create a spreadsheet or document including: opportunity name deadline location website fee/stipend if available application fee if applicable why it is a strong fit fit score from 1–5 Select ONE opportunity and draft: a short application response a short artist bio a short project summary Use AI tools if desired, but the writing should still feel human, clear, and professional. Submit the completed test in organized format. IMPORTANT: Attention to detail, organization, communication, and judgment are more important than speed. This is a paid test project.
