Senior Full-Stack Developer — Mediqor Clinical System (MCS) Location: Philippines only (remote) Engagement: Freelance, monthly retainer Start: Immediate --- About the Project Mediqor is a bilingual (Arabic + English) healthtech platform built for the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa). The platform has two products: - [login to view URL] — a pan-Arab health information guide with AI-powered search and a curated knowledge base of 5,000+ medical topics - [login to view URL] — a telemedicine and provider discovery app connecting patients with doctors across the UAE and broader MENA region The backend is a multi-tenant microservices system called the Mediqor Clinical System (MCS), deployed on Azure Container Apps. It serves multiple healthcare providers (HCPs) under their own branded subdomains (e.g. [login to view URL]), with a shared identity layer, role-based access control, and a patient-facing mobile app built in React Native / Expo. The system supports patient registration and consent, doctor and staff onboarding, appointment scheduling, video consultations ([login to view URL]), an encrypted clinical vault, AI-driven health triage (Claude API), a subscription and billing engine (Stripe), and an admin portal for Mediqor staff. The platform is being built toward an IPO milestone with a hard deadline of October 2026. --- What You’ll Be Working On The core infrastructure is live and Phase 1 is complete. You’ll be joining to help finish and harden the remaining phases: - Complete remaining MCS microservices (directory, scheduling, clinical records, diagnostics) - Expand the React Native / Expo mobile app for patients and clinicians - Build and maintain the tenant-facing admin web portal (React + Vite) - Write integration tests, API tests, and end-to-end test coverage - Support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry, ACA deployments) - Work alongside an AI-assisted development workflow using tools like Claude Code and Codex --- Required Skills - Python / FastAPI — backend services, async SQLAlchemy, JWT auth, middleware - React + React Native / Expo — patient mobile app and provider portal - PostgreSQL — schema design, migrations, RLS, pgvector - Azure — Container Apps, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Key Vault, API Management - CI/CD — GitHub Actions, container image builds, deployment pipelines - AI CLI tools — hands-on experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Gemini CLI in a real development workflow (not just awareness — you s hould be actively using these) - Testing — pytest (backend), React Testing Library or Playwright (frontend), Postman/httpx for API tests --- Nice to Have - Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture - Familiarity with healthcare data privacy (PDPL, HIPAA concepts) - [login to view URL] or other WebRTC video SDK experience - Stripe subscriptions and webhook handling --- Engagement Details - Monthly retainer — rate negotiable based on experience - Remote / async — core overlap with UAE timezone preferred but flexible - Philippines-based applicants only - Long-term engagement — this is a growing platform with a roadmap through 2026 and beyond - Freelancer must have strong history on Freelancer.com with mid-level to senior experience. -Freelancer must be able to start working immediately with little to no guidance. -Freelancer must have access to Claude Premium seat and MacOS. -Freelancer must be available during Philippine business hours. n--- How to Apply Please include: 1.
