About the Engagement We are building an internal Department of Digital & Operational Excellence (DOE) to drive organisation-wide process transformation. Our mandate is clear: * Redesign critical business processes end-to-end * Ensure every redesigned process is **natively AI-enabled** * Deliver **minimum 10% cost reduction** * Build internal capability, not dependency We are looking for a **Senior Process Architect** who can lead AI-first process redesign initiatives with rigour, speed, and measurable impact. This is not a documentation role. This is an architecture + transformation leadership role. Scope of Work The Senior Process Architect will: Lead End-to-End Process Redesign * Map current-state processes (SIPOC, value stream, swimlanes) * Identify bottlenecks, cost drivers, rework loops * Define measurable baselines (cost per transaction, FTE load, SLA, error rate) * Redesign processes with AI-first thinking Architect AI-Native Processes For every process, apply: * AI-first work allocation (AI before human) * Automation identification (RPA, workflow tools) * AI-based ticket triage / customer interaction flows * AI-assisted process mapping and documentation * AI-driven compliance monitoring and deviation alerts Must be comfortable working with tools like: * GPT-based tools * Copilot / Claude * Workflow automation platforms * CRM / Ticketing systems * Low-code platforms Deliver Measurable Cost Reduction * Quantify automation % potential * Estimate FTE redeployment potential * Design cost-reduction roadmap * Build ROI models * Implement pilot and measure impact Target outcome: Minimum 10% cost reduction per redesigned process. Install Process Governance & Rigour * Strong Six Sigma application (DMAIC) * 5-Why with internal accountability * Fishbone analysis * Control charts * KPI dashboards * Control plans post-implementation Must correct weak root-cause analysis culture where required. Build Internal Capability * Mentor internal DOE team members * Create reusable templates and playbooks * Conduct live project coaching * Ensure capability transfer This role must leave behind a stronger team — not dependency. Required Experience * 10+ years in Process Excellence / Operational Transformation * Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory) * Proven track record of cost-reduction projects (quantified) * Experience redesigning customer-facing processes * Experience embedding automation / AI into workflows * Experience working with cross-functional business teams Preferred: * Experience in telecom / service operations / CX operations * Experience with WhatsApp support workflows / ticketing systems * Experience building AI-enabled workflows Skills Required * Process architecture thinking (not just mapping) * Strong quantitative capability * AI fluency (must understand practical application) * Stakeholder management * Executive presentation capability * Ability to work in 8–10 week sprint cycles Engagement Model Duration: 3–6 months (initial contract) Location: Gurgaon Expected involvement: 30–40 hours per week Deliverables: * 3–4 end-to-end redesigned processes * AI-first design framework * Cost reduction model * Governance templates * Capability transfer documentation --- Success Metrics * 3 redesigned processes implemented * 5–10% cost reduction demonstrated * AI penetration % documented * Internal team trained and capable of independent execution What We Are NOT Looking For * PowerPoint-only consultants * Theoretical Six Sigma trainers * Documentation specialists without transformation experience * People unfamiliar with AI tools Why This Is Interesting This role directly shapes the transformation of a growth-stage organisation targeting scale.
