Job Description:
We are a short-term property rental property management business (Airbnb, VRBO, vacation home rentals, etc) seeking a VERY COMPETENT Customer Service support representative.
Requirements:
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH: written and spoken
- Please mention if you speak/read/write in Spanish as well
- COMMON SENSE is absolutely essential. You must be able to respond to any situation in a logical manner and resolve issues on your own whenever possible
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Someone who always double-checks their work and completes tasks with minimal mistakes
- STRONG WORK ETHIC: Someone who always strives to do their best (rather than their least). Someone who strives to over deliver (rather than under deliver)
- FAST LEARNER: able to follow instructions quickly without repeating, and can also quickly learn new processes
- ADAPTABLE: can help with other tasks as needed, like research, updating property listings, resolve double-booking situations
- EQUIPMENT: Reliable phone and laptop.
- INDIVIDUAL PERSON: We are seeking to hire one single individual independent person. (We are not seeking to hire a business/company team of people)
