I have a new project, and here are the details:
This site is going to be a site for Social women meetings / discussions. The site is going to have the following pages:
Home is the initial page, that will have little description of the website. and links to the other pages as sections.
This page is going to have 2 sections: the first section is to register or Login or my account. therefore username will show in the web session. and the second section is for registered members.
New Registration form will have the following information (Edit Profile as well):
- Full Name
- Postal Code
- About me
** Plus all verification **
Login will have only Username, and Password, and Login button.
About the Other section, it will be showing all members Only Photo and username, and About me in a box. we will limit About me to 50 Characters in the box, and then a link "more" to read more About me for this specific member.
Only registered members will see the second section. so it will remain hidden until they register. we could write a message that you need to register / login in able to view members.
Members My Account: will have the participation of the member such as to track, modify, or delete their: Photos, Topics, Selling Listing, Polls, and Events. plus this page will have the member personal details.
The photos are going to be Albums, and inside the albums the photos. There will be 2 sections: First is to add new photo (only registered members will have this option). members will be able to create new album and checkbox if this album is public or private and add pictures, OR add pictures to an existing album. this option only is available for albums that the same member created. so they can not add photos to an album that is not theirs.
Section 2 is basically the albums. if the viewer is logged in as member, they will see all albums marked as Public or Private. and those who are not registered and they just opened this page, it will show only albums which are flagged as public.
This page is going to be like a simple discussion forum, it will show the list of topics. members can create new topic, and members can write inside this topic. non members will be able to see topics and whats inside the topics, but they will not be able to create new or participate in those topics.
This page is also going to be listings for selling products. only members will be able to create a new listing. each listing will have the following information:
- Asking Price
- Contact information
in the Sell page, the listings are simple links that has the title, price, and part of the description will show as a link. Clicking at the link will get to the listing details.
Polls have the same concept as the other pages. a section to create new Poll (only members) the poll info are
- Up to 10 answers
in the poll page, it will show a list of titles (polls) that are links. clicking at the polls will give u the polls details and answers with the statistics of the answer (how many clicks each answer as a graph). members will be able to participate in the polls by clicking at which answer. members who participated in a specific poll, they will not be able to click again, so it will be disabled or read-only data.
non members will not be able to participate, but they can click and read details (read-only data)
Also a list of events. members can create new event. the event have the following info:
- Place (map)
- Privacy (Public, or Private)
- Event Type (Ladies Only Event, Hostess Party Event, Family Event)
same with other pages: Public events will show for non members, and public and private will show for members. this page will have 3 sub tabs with the Event Type mentioned above. each tab will have the proper event types.
