Joomla Country-City & Email Integration

My Joomla-based site has a few gaps that I want closed quickly with clean PHP code. 1) India state / city database • Add a complete, up-to-date list of Indian states and their cities. • First drop-down shows the state; once chosen, the second drop-down instantly repopulates with the correct cities. • The data must sit in its own table (or a lightweight custom component) so future updates are easy and core files stay untouched. • I will wire it into existing registration and enquiry forms, so keep the output standard Joomla form fields or JSON that I can call via AJAX. 2) Email notifications • When any of those forms are submitted, fire off a branded notification email to both the user and my admin address. • Use Joomla’s native mailer or PHPMailer—whichever aligns best with the current version—so delivery settings remain in the global configuration area. • Messages must inherit my current template styling. Acceptance • All new code passes without PHP errors/warnings in Joomla debug mode. • Drop-downs load in under one second on a typical shared host. • Emails reach Gmail / Outlook inboxes in test runs (SPF & DKIM already configured on the server).
