SIM Box SMS Infrastructure Setup

I need a specialist who can design, deploy, and continuously run a SIM Box–based SMS marketing infrastructure for my French business. If MMS is also an option we do want to explore it. We have in house a support team which will be at your needs 100% with IT, dev and coding experiment so you can work together from a distance. Ideally we would like to have it connected to Klaviyo but are opened to others. At launch (once phase one of ranking is completed) we plan to send up to 15 000 fully opt-in messages per day (about 450 000 a month) to customers in France, with smaller volumes heading to Belgium, Italy, Spain, and the wider EU. The roadmap takes us past one million messages per month, so the system must grow smoothly without carrier trouble or quality loss. The assignment covers both the initial build and the long-term monitoring, tuning, and scaling. I count on your guidance to select and source the right SIM Box hardware; no brand has been locked in yet. Your work will include advising the SIM pool, configuring routing and anti-spam controls, integrating with our existing campaign platform via SMPP or HTTP APIs, setting up dashboards and alarms, and keeping deliverability high while staying compliant with GDPR and French anti-spam laws. Once live, I expect proactive optimisation—SIM rotation, throughput balancing, QoS tracking, and clear weekly reporting. Deliverables • A production-ready SIM Box cluster that reliably handles 15 k SMS/day with a documented path to 1 M+/month • Hardware and SIM procurement plan with cost estimates and carrier considerations • Secure remote management access, real-time monitoring, and alerting • Tested API integration with France operators, ready to extend to other EU carriers • Operations handbook covering scaling, incident response, and SIM life-cycle routines Work can be done remotely; compensation will match proven experience with SIM Box gateways (GoIP, Hypermedia, Twilio etc.) and SMSCs such as Kannel or Jasmin.
