Hi, Really exiting oppotunity. I can support a thorough Altium-based schematic + PCB review for your pulse converter board via AnyDesk/TeamViewer, keeping your files fully on your machine and working within your confidentiality requirements. I have strong hands-on experience reviewing and designing industrial PCBs in Altium, including ESP32/MCU pin protection, power input/regulation (wide DC ranges), relay drivers, and opto-isolated input stages. In the review I’ll systematically check power integrity, grounding/return paths, plane strategy, EMI/ESD risk areas, and protection components (TVS, RC/LC filtering, flyback paths, snubbers, isolation gaps). I’ll also verify trace widths, creepage/clearance, DFM details (annular rings, solder mask, test points, thermal reliefs), and reliability items that typically cause field failures. You’ll receive a clear, prioritized punch-list of issues (must-fix vs nice-to-improve) plus concrete revision recommendations that your team can implement quickly in Altium. I’m available to run this in 1–3 focused sessions and can align on scope and compensation based on the board complexity and the depth of documentation you want. Best Regard. Leonid Y.

Hello sir, you know when a Pulse Converter PCB “looks correct” in Altium but the real risks hide in the details: wide-range input transients, relay kickback paths, optocoupler edge conditioning, ESP32 pin protection, grounding/return currents, creepage/clearance, and EMI/ESD weak points that only show up in field failures? Well, what I can do for you as a Circuit Designer with 8 years of experience is run a thorough, engineering-grade Altium schematic + PCB layout review via remote access (AnyDesk/TeamViewer) and deliver clear, actionable findings: what’s risky, why it’s risky, and exactly what to change to improve manufacturability and long-term reliability. In fact, I’ve reviewed industrial MCU boards with relay drivers and opto-isolated inputs by checking the full chain end-to-end: input protection/TVS strategy, power integrity and decoupling placement, return current loops, isolation boundaries, creepage/clearance, and noise coupling into MCU pins—then producing a prioritized punch-list (critical/major/minor) that implement quickly during revision.

Hi, I am a Senior Hardware Engineer with extensive experience in Altium Designer and Industrial Embedded Systems. I understand the sensitivity of your IP and am fully comfortable performing the review via AnyDesk/TeamViewer without file transfer. A Pulse Converter in an industrial environment faces specific risks that standard "datasheet" designs often miss. My review will go beyond basic DRCs to focus on Field Reliability: My Review Checklist for Your Design: ESP32 Robustness: I will check the strapping pins (to prevent boot loops), the antenna keep-out zone, and the 3.3V LDO stability under WiFi current spikes. Isolation & Safety: I will verify the Creepage and Clearance distances on your Optocoupler/Relay barriers to ensure they meet IPC-2221/IEC 60950 standards for high voltage. Signal Integrity: I will check the return paths for your pulse inputs to ensure the "noisy" relay coil currents do not induce ground bounce in the sensitive ESP32 logic (a common cause of random resets). Component Derating: I will review the thermal/voltage margins on your wide-range DC input regulators to ensure long-term survival.

Hi There! -As you can see in the portfolio on my profile, I have significant experience developing and testing PCBs, many of which feature the ESP32 and are mass-produced products -I work primarily with Altium Designer; it is the software I use to design 97% of my equipment, and I have nearly 10 years of experience actively developing in this environment -I have experience working remotely, and I believe I can handle your project perfectly without any issues; however, I am almost certain that you should hire a recruiter to facilitate our contact. Freelancer dont allow direct contact -This is not an AI-generated bid, unlike the majority you will see from my colleagues, which is why I try not to allocate too much time to projects that end up abandoned. Should you be interested in working together, we can share further details via chat, and at that point, I will certainly dedicate more time to addressing your specific needs
