I’m ready to move from concept to production on a dedicated pump control panel and need a specialist who can take charge of both the hardware and the embedded code. The electronics must be laid out in Altium Designer, and the firmware written for a PIC microcontroller—my platform of choice for this project. The unit will be installed in a dusty setting, so component selection, conformal-coating guidance, and protective routing practices should reflect that environmental challenge. I can share schematics of earlier prototypes as a starting point or we can work from a clean sheet if you prefer. Once the electrical design is firm, I’ll need you to develop and thoroughly comment the PIC firmware, then walk me through flashing and in-circuit debugging so I can maintain the codebase in MPLAB on my end. Deliverables • Complete Altium project files (schematic, PCB, libraries) • Production-ready Gerbers, pick-and-place, and detailed BOM • Fully documented PIC source code and compiled HEX file • Brief test procedure outlining how to verify reliable operation under dust-laden conditions If you’ve successfully shipped boards for harsh environments before and are comfortable squeezing robust, stable code out of a PIC, I look forward to collaborating.

Hi, I’m interested in supporting your move from concept to production for the pump control panel, taking responsibility for both hardware design in Altium Designer and PIC microcontroller firmware development. I understand the unit will operate in a dusty industrial environment, so the design will emphasize appropriate component selection, protective routing, grounding, and guidance on conformal coating. I can start from your existing prototype schematics or develop a clean-sheet design, depending on your preference. On the firmware side, I will develop robust, well-structured, and fully commented PIC code, ensuring long-term maintainability in MPLAB. I will also guide you through flashing and in-circuit debugging, so you can confidently maintain and extend the codebase. Deliverables include: Complete Altium project files (schematic, PCB, libraries) Production-ready Gerbers, pick-and-place files, and detailed BOM Fully documented PIC source code and compiled HEX file A concise test procedure to verify reliable operation in dust-laden conditions I have experience delivering industrial electronics for harsh environments and value clear documentation and clean handover. I’d be happy to discuss schedule, milestones, and cost once initial details are shared. Best regards,
