HAT Board: The schematic for my MYC-LD25X “Hat” board is designed and needs to be checked and a rigorous placement and routing job in Altium Designer. The design is feature-dense—dual Gigabit Ethernet (RTL8211F-CG, RGMII), USB 3.0 Type-C with STUSB1600 and FUSB340, a USB2514B hub, LVDS/DSI/CSI lanes, an ES8388 codec, plus SDIO and robust power conditioning—so signal integrity, impedance control, and EMI/EMC best practices must guide every trace. The board must fit a custom outline (I’ll supply the STEP/DXF drawing). High-speed pairs need length-tuning, differential spacing, and reference-plane continuity; the layout also has to respect constraints. All routing layers, via types, and copper pours should align with a 4-layer stack I will share, though I’m open to your recommendations if additional layers materially improve performance. Deliverables • Altium Designer project folder with tidy, documented layer stack and rules • Fabrication outputs and assembly drawings • Length-matching / impedance report and DRC checklist showing zero violations • Brief design note highlighting any critical layout decisions or trade-offs I’ll provide the complete schematic, BOM, mechanical outline, and preliminary stack-up the moment we start. If you have recent examples of similarly complex, high-speed boards routed in Altium, that will help me gauge fit quickly. IO Board: In addition to the core MYC-LD25X interfaces, the freelancer will be responsible for the layout of a highly integrated carrier board as detailed in the schematic. The project now incorporates: Power Distribution: Multi-rail power supply design with specialized protection and regulation circuits. Isolated Industrial Interfaces: Multiple isolated RS485 channels using ISO7221 digital isolators and THVD1426 transceivers, requiring careful split-ground and isolation barrier management. Analog I/O Protection: Extensive analog input and output stages with LM2904 op-amps, MCP4728 DACs, and multi-stage TVS/Zener protection circuits. Relay & Control Logic: A 12V relay control bank driven by SN74HC595 shift registers and ULN2003 darlington arrays, requiring trace width considerations for switching currents. Audio & Multimedia: Class-D amplification using PAM8320, digital potentiometer control (DS1881), and specialized backlight boost circuitry (MP3398H). Peripheral Connectivity: Layout of a KNX module interface, specialized microphone/speaker terminal blocks, and front panel button/LED headers. Design & Pinout Validation: Schematic Audit: The freelancer is responsible for a comprehensive design check before starting the layout. This includes verifying the logical flow and ensuring all sub-circuits (Power, Ethernet, RS485, etc.) are correctly interconnected according to the provided OCP_MP and LD25X documents. Pinout Cross-Check: A rigorous pinout verification is required between the MYC-LD25X core module and all peripheral connectors (USB, Ethernet, Som Connectors, and SOM-specific pins). The freelancer must ensure that the physical pin assignments on the PCB match the electrical requirements of the components used. Final Verification: Any discrepancies found during the design check must be reported immediately. The final layout will be accepted only after a successful Design Rule Check (DRC) and a manual pin-to-net validation.

Hi, I've reviewed both the HAT board and IO board requirements carefully, and this is exactly the kind of complex, high-speed layout work I specialize in. To be specific about your stack: • RGMII (RTL8211F-CG) and USB 3.0 (FUSB340 + STUSB1600) require tight differential pair control — I handle length tuning, impedance matching, and reference plane continuity as standard practice, not afterthoughts. • The ISO7221 isolation barriers on the IO board demand proper split-ground management; I've dealt with multi-isolation-domain boards and know where the common mistakes happen. • For the PAM8320 Class-D and the analog I/O stages (LM2904 + MCP4728), I'll ensure the layout respects both switching noise and analog sensitivity simultaneously. • LVDS/DSI/CSI lanes and the USB2514B hub will be routed with matched-length differential pairs and proper via stitching to prevent mode conversion. What I'll deliver: ✔ Full Altium Designer project with documented layer stack and clean design rules ✔ Fabrication outputs (Gerber, drill, BOM, assembly drawings) ✔ Impedance/length-matching report + zero-violation DRC checklist ✔ Design note covering critical decisions and any trade-offs ✔ Schematic audit and rigorous pinout cross-check before layout begins — I won't start routing until I'm confident the design is correct Looking forward to reviewing your schematic and mechanical outline. Best regards
