Inventory Manager (5h/week) – Stock Management & Forecasting ? Compensation: $5–$8/hour, with payments released upon milestone completion ? Key Responsibilities: ? Monitor stock levels and ensure proactive management to prevent out-of-stock situations. ? Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and market fluctuations. ? Coordinate with suppliers & logistics partners to streamline the replenishment process. ? Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency. ? Required Skills: ✅ Experience with Amazon FBA & inventory management (preferred). ✅ Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory planning. ✅ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking & reporting. ✅ Understanding of supply chain & logistics processes. ? Compensation Structure: ? Hourly Rate: $5–$8/hour (work is tracked hourly, but payments will be released upon milestone completion). ? Milestone-Based Payment Release: Payments will only be made once key inventory management tasks are successfully completed. ? Milestones may include: Maintaining optimal stock levels for a predefined period. Successful forecasting accuracy improvement (e.g., reducing stockouts by X%). Implementing a structured inventory tracking system. Providing detailed weekly restock recommendations & reports. ? Reporting & Deliverables: ? Weekly: Inventory status report with restock recommendations. ? Monthly: Performance analysis on stock turnover, demand forecasting accuracy, and supply chain efficiency. ?
