Backup and Shut Down AWS

Hi, I had a project we were developing in AWS. Because of the pandemic, our client asked us to stop the project. I need someone to backup everything in AWS and shut down all services, BUT, need the instructions so that in a few months we can resume the project and have everything as it is today. Can that be done?
