Centos linux instance on AWS (EC2) issue

Hello, We are looking for someone with strong experience with AWS. One of our main instances is refusing to connect using the SSH key pair assigned and after rebooting the centos Linux instance it seems to act funny; connection on port 80 and 443 are very slow and no ssh access the error returned is "not support methods available". I will share ssh key pair and AWS access to the console after the project will be assigned.
