Data Warehousing Architect with experience in Hybrid solutions, specifically using Amazon Web Services and Microsoft SQL Server. The project requires the architect to design and implement a data warehousing solution that combines both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in data warehousing architecture and design
- Expertise in implementing Hybrid data warehousing solutions
- Proficiency in using Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and experience in MSSQL Server, data warehousing architecture and design
- Familiarity with on-premise data storage technologies
- Ability to analyze and understand data volume requirements
- Experience in designing and optimizing data storage for volumes less than 1TB
The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing the client's current data storage infrastructure
- Designing a hybrid data warehousing solution that leverages AWS for cloud-based storage
- Integrating the on-premise and cloud-based components to ensure seamless data flow
- Optimizing the data storage structure to accommodate the expected volume of less than 1TB
- Collaborating with the client's team to ensure successful implementation and migration of data
