I am a marketing professional who helps run a website with a team of freelancers.
Our web developer has recently departed and we need someone can help make sure our site stays running. If we find the right person, we would be looking to hire this person for future projects and even potential for a retainer.
We are currently experiencing an issue with AWS EC2 where site visitors are receiving a HTTP 530 error. We believe this is due to a server instance failing a load balancer health check. We need someone to diagnose/troubleshoot this issue for us.
Hello sir,
I have 8 years of experience working as Linux admin. I have pretty much knowledge of servers and of aws.
I can diagnose the issue you are facing and will solve it.
thanks
I am highly skilled in the AWS environment. I have been working with AWS for 5 years now and run multiple production workloads across many AWS services. I currently have all five core AWS certifications. I have also passed AWS exams here at Freelancer (in the 99th percentile). I attend the AWS re:Invent conference every year and stay current with their latest services and offerings.
I have worked with the following AWS Services:
IAM
RDS (MySQL, SQL Server, Aurora)
Elasticache (memcached, redis)
CloudFront
S3
Glacier
ELB
EC2
AutoScaling
SNS
SQS
CloudWatch (Events, Logs, Alarms)
CloudFormation
CloudTrail
VPN
VPC
Route53
DirectConnect
Lambda (mostly python)
API Gateway
IoT
CodeDeploy
WAF
These aren't just acronyms of services I've heard of, I actually work with them every day.
If you are serious about finding a real engineer with real-life AWS experience building highly-scalable, fault-tolerant applications while following AWS best practices then look no further. I eat, sleep and breathe AWS architecture and work with it every day.
Open up a private chat to discuss any specifics. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi,
Can you hit the instance IP address without the ELB load balancer?
Is that 530 or 503 error?
If it's ELB 503 error then we have to check the backend instance are up and running the services.
Contact me so we can get into the details.
Cheers,
Rodney
HTTP 530 error means you web interface unable to access the html or any files within your server, or it cant find the home directly. It is about the permission issue. So no update on your html pages.
Hello,
We have 5+ years of experience in deploying websites using jenkins, AWS code deploy or gitlab CI/CD. I can set up production and staging environment in EC2 and can also enable ELB & ECS.
I created AMI replicas for Load Balancing, S3 and Glacier storage for backup data and have used RDS database. I also have good knowledge of DNS configurations.
We are the official partners of AWS and can solve any server related issues.
Hope to hear soon from you.
Warm Regards,
Mayank.
