Move Email Functionality from AWS SES to ElasticEmail

Job Description:
My website, [login to view URL], is an email marketing platform for Realtors. I currently use Mailchimp for transactional emails and AWS SES for bulk email campaigns sent on behalf of my clients. Recently, AWS has said that they are receiving spam reports regarding my sending practices from a third-party anti-spam organization or email provider, and they want to pause my sending capability. I need to move to a different email vendor. ElasticEmail looks like a good option, but I am open to others if the pricing is comparable.
The changes will need to be done on a test server before launching on my server, as my site is currently live and cannot experience any downtime. The website is built in Laravel Framework. I need a 2-3 day turnaround.
