Troubleshoot company website connection (located in AWS)

The unstable connection from the company network to the web server AWS.
We have another website on the same AWS but the connection is better. We use leased-line.
Chrome show: "ERR-connection timed out"
The root cause may come from DNS, Web services configuration, etc.
