Amazon Brand Registry, Report Trademark Infringement

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Brand Registry specialist to manage and protect our registered brand on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling intellectual property (IP) enforcement, including trademark and copyright violations, and communicating directly with infringing sellers. This role is critical to safeguarding our brand identity, listings, and intellectual property across Amazon marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Manage and operate our Amazon Brand Registry account Identify and report trademark violations, copyright infringements, and listing abuse File infringement cases through Amazon Brand Registry portals Draft and send legal warning notices to infringing sellers Communicate professionally with sellers, requesting listing removal or corrections Follow up on reported cases and track resolutions Maintain proper documentation of violations, notices, and outcomes Stay updated with Amazon IP policies and enforcement procedures Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Amazon Brand Registry Strong understanding of Amazon IP policies (Trademark, Copyright, Counterfeit) Experience sending cease-and-desist or legal warning notices Excellent written communication skills (professional and firm tone) Ability to handle disputes calmly and strategically Familiarity with Seller Central and Brand Registry tools Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with private-label or branded Amazon sellers Legal or compliance background is a plus (not mandatory) Deliverables Successful identification and reporting of infringing listings Timely communication and warning notices to violators Reduced number of unauthorized sellers and IP violations Organized reporting of enforcement actions Project Type Ongoing / Long-term (preferred) If you have a strong track record in Amazon IP protection and Brand Registry enforcement, we’d love to work with you.
